Dave Hoff is the founder of Ruck Robotics, a company focused on democratizing automation for businesses of all sizes. With over two decades of experience in startups, software engineering, and developer platforms, Dave has built a career centered on entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership. Prior to founding Ruck Robotics, Dave held an executive role at Cisco Systems, where he led a globally distributed team of engineers in developing a world-class developer platform for the Webex collaboration suite.

Before Cisco, Dave successfully founded and exited two companies, IMified and Commotion, both of which were acquired. Today, he leverages his extensive background in software automation to push the boundaries of robotics, material handling, and industrial automation, continuing his mission to simplify and expand access to cutting-edge technology.
