Easy Robot Vision: Key Considerations for Implementing Machine Vision in Robotic Applications

Machine vision has become essential in modern automation, serving as the "eyes" of the robot and enabling unprecedented levels of precision and adaptability. But how do you ensure your vision technology aligns seamlessly with your robotic applications?

In this webinar, Michael DeGrace, Ecosystem Success Manager from Universal Robots and Ben LittleJohn, Business Development Manager from SensoPart, will explore the critical role of vision in collaborative automation and highlight the key considerations for successful implementation. From simplifying sensor integration and calibration to ensuring real-time adaptability and operational efficiency, Mike and Ben will dive into the strategies and tools that make vision technology a powerful enabler of robotic performance.

This session will also feature a live demonstration of a real-world application, showcasing how machine vision can transform automation challenges into streamlined solutions.

Join us as we discuss:

· How machine vision expands the capabilities of robotic applications —leveraging advanced 2D vision sensors to achieve tasks previously possible only with complex vision systems. “DYI Automation”

· Considerations for integrating vision systems with collaborative robots.

· Best practices for streamlining setup, calibration, and operational efficiency.

· Introduction to VISOR® Robotic and how SensoPart simplifies vision integration

· Real-World application demonstration
