Tim Graham

Business Development Manager, Universal Robots

Tim Graham, based out of New York, is a Business Development Manager for the East region at Universal Robots. Prior to this position, he spent 6 years with Schneider Packaging Equipment holding several roles, most recently as a regional sales engineer. Tim is an expert in robotic palletizers, having led various projects during his time at Schneider and UR. In 2018, Tim was named one of PMMI's "On the Rise" winners, an award that recognizes 10 young professionals who have demonstrated leadership potential in packaging and processing. Tim Graham graduated from Clarkson University in 2014 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Electrical Engineering.

Paul Aouad

Senior Project Lead; Vention
Paul Aouad is a forward-thinking Senior Project Lead at Vention, based in Montreal, Canada. With a background in engineering and a strong foundation in sales, Paul has spent the last four years at Vention, where he's been instrumental in driving automation and robotics projects. Over the course of his years at Vention, Paul has gained extensive experience working on end-of-line automation projects, with various companies, from small to medium-sized to Fortune 500, in over 25 different industry sectors. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal.
